Something you can do to get enough energy to work out is to do the complete opposite and get BETTER SLEEP.
A lack of sleep does not just affect your energy-level and ability to exercise, it can affect your diet too. When you are tired, you tend to let your guard down and eat worse as well.
So, this week, let's focus on getting enough sleep. Target to get 8 hours of sleep, including some extra time beforehand just to wind down (light stretching, meditation, reading, or journaling to get your body to slow). Then, be observant and see how enough sleep makes a difference in how you choose to exercise and eat as a result.
And here's a crazy twist, getting enough exercise will also affect your ability to get better sleep. So, let's let this domino affect of good sleep and good exercise get started! Our bodies and minds will <3 us for it.
