I know...work is demanding. I know...you have to go meet up with "so and so" because it is important. I know...your schedule was just KrAzY this week. I hear the excuses on why you couldn't work out this week as much as you would have liked.
While there are other "important" demands (work, family commitments, social obligations), think about how long you can run on empty before life is sucked out of you and you are just left depleted. Guess what? -- When you run out of gas, the car stops whether you like it or not.
So, save some of you for you. Set aside a few moments to genuninely care for youself each day and, when your proverbial cup is full, do the same for someone else. Exercise, wholesome meals, regular hydration, a celebration of the body, sufficient sleep, artistic endeavors, open communication, special treats...these are mere suggestions.
You have one body and a million opportunities every day to honor it. Don't forget about yourself, Lovelies.
