Week Eight: SUMMARY

Wow, folks, you've been working out for two months.  For some of you, this is all in a day's work.  For most of you, there needs to be a huge round of applause.  It takes 21 days to develop a new habit.  Take the time to list out for yourself all of your latest new habits:  regular exercise, drinking more water, getting better sleep, eating more fruits and vegetables.  There's always room for improvement and always time to improve it.  We still have four weeks left, but it's a crazy downhill journey.

Kong and Linh, take a breather!!!  Seven days of workouts?!!!  Jamie "Six" got her six points for the week as well.  But this is the week that the FIVES came a-chargin'.  I am giving a virtual high-five to Diane, Janet, Sindy, and Rachel (who said last week she was coming for five this week!!).  Ursula and I hit our Challenge goal of four this week.  And Debbie sent me her score of three along with a " :( ".  No worries, Debbie, it is a new week.  And three is always better than two.
