Week Five: SUMMARY

The boys (Kong and Linh) are kicking BUTT!  Seven workouts this week!  Jamie went for a hard SIX workouts herself this week.  Alison, Sindy, and I knocked it out for five days.  Di, Janet, and Rachel met their commitment for four days as well!

In honor of our 5th week, here are 5 perks that I hope you are also experiencing with increased exercise:
  1. Mentally sharper
  2. More energy

  4. Looking better (Congrats to Kong on his couple of pounds lost btw!!)
