I am so excited to hear little comments from different people on how much better they look and feel. *Fist Bump*
Kong and Linh are killing the gym with seven days of working out! Jamie and Sindy hit it hard this week with 6 days themselves! Alison, Laura, and I not only worked out 5 days, but each got a swimming bonus point as well. Laura braved an aqua fitness class at her local gym! Despite crazy schedules, Janet and Rachel still got their 4 workout commitments in for the week. Nurse Di worked out 3 times. And Barb didn't give up on the week, but still earned her 1 point on Saturday -- despite international travel and sickness that she was fighting off.

Because we are halfway there, I will give a strategic word of warning to any of you Challengers who have found yourselves owing money into the pot at one time or another.... Not only did you lose money, but it also means that you will have extra points to make up in the upcoming weeks in order to hit your 48 points overall for the Challenge. To have an idea of how many points you need to make up, look at your points and subtract from 24 (which is where we should be right now). So, get a stepping or the $25 may not come back to you either.
