Diane provided this fantastic quote that she found. It makes me think how we need to accept the differences of our bodies, our schedules, and our lives. Here's a simple example: No matter how much I diet and workout -- I will not look like a Victoria's Secret model. When I lose weight, my boobs disappear. When I get my boobs to come back, there comes a belly and thighs along with it. Sort of ridiculous actually. So, I have to be happy with the best that my body can be. And right now, I'm focused with being strong...super strong...like, I want to surprise myself with how much I can do, how far I can go, and how fast I can actually be.
