While we can just keep working out every day like we are supposed to, sometimes it is easier when there is a goal to work towards. Sometimes, it is a group beach vacation...you know, an upcoming girls' trip to Miami where you need to be bikini-ready. Sometimes, it is a special day...your WEDDING DAY. Sometimes, it needs to be a race.
For an extra bonus point, I challenge you to run ONE race (ANY race) before the end of the Challenge. With Spring almost here, there will be a ton of races going on in the local community.
If you want a race buddy, I am running a the Wolf Trap 5K on 4/2. If you've never done a race, then please come join me. (Challengers, feel free to respond to this posting with other race ideas in case someone wants to join you.)
