My Goal...
To jumpstart my fitness routine because this cold weather is bringing me D-O-W-N. I need to get the blood flowing again so I can be rejuvenated. I start tri-training on Tuesday (Alison is in it with me), so that'll bring a whole bunch of new physical challenges into my schedule. I also want to focus on my diet. I LOVE sugary things, but it's like an awful drug addiction. I know I shouldn't have it, but it's hard to kick. Not only is it good for my waistline, but there's a family history of diabetes that I need to be wary of. Exercise usually keeps me in a "health-conscious" mode which makes me watch my diet better also.
