Welcome, Challengers!

Glad to have you aboard. We get so busy with the daily grind that sometimes we forget that it's equally if not more important to take care of our health than it is to meet a work deadline. I hope this challenge will give you the kick in the butt needed to make some changes in your exercise (and possibly diet) routine so that you will finally see some results TODAY -- instead of just telling yourself that you'll start working out tomorrow.


Just think, we start together in the Winter.  You know...the time of year when you want to hibernate, eat comfort foods, and hide behind thick sweaters.  Well, congrats on being motivated to suck it all up during the time of year when it is the hardest to be motivated to do ANYTHING.  Twelve weeks later, we'll finish in April when the sun is ready to shine and there will be less clothes to hide behind.  Just when everyone else is trying to get bikini-ready for the summer...you will be bikini-ready.

Keep THAT in mind!

Let's motivate one another through this.  I'll be sharing tips on activities to keep you moving, as well as ideas on how to eat better.  If you have a great tip or idea, please send to me so that I may share with everyone else also.

This Sunday will be a BONUS POINT 3-mile Fun Walk/Run (not so coincidentally, it'll also be at least 30 min of exercise).  10am at my place.  Let me know if this is how you'll choose to earn your first 2 points (a point for exercising and that extra bonus point).
