Every Sunday/Monday, take a look at the week that you have ahead and schedule when/what you will be doing for your workouts. Make your scheduled time as much of a priority as you would any work meeting. Do your best to accomplish it.
If you need to reschedule your routine one day, that is fine. RESCHEDULE IT for another time. Don't completely dismiss/delete it from your calendar.
Work can get hectic, but exercise will actually help you to maintain your stress. Keep this in mind when you are evaluating whether or not it is better to forego exercise to accomplish a little bit more in the office.
And due to the season, what about SNOWDAYS? Have a back up plan. Maybe it's time to dust off your favorite workout video. Remember that there is a reason people balloon up in the winter. We naturally want to hibernate and be less active. So go against the grain and BE ACTIVE.
And remember..."working out" can be 30 minutes of speedwalking during your lunch hour. It doesn't always have to be an 1.5 hour work out routine in the gym lifting weights and going on the treadmill.
Something is always better than nothing.
**BTW, what does Enrique Iglesias have to do with anything that I wrote? Absolutely nothing. But I figured that you'd be more curious about what I wrote if I added this FINE pic. ;)**

Thanks for letting me join this challenge this year - it is coming at a perfect time. My house is on the market and it is causing me a lot of stress which can lead easily to overeating. With this, I have a good excuse to hit the gym and it will help keep my stress in check.
